Hi there. I’m Tammy Lenski, a conflict resolution speaker, author, educator and mediator.

I created Making Mediation Your Day Job (initially called Mediator Tech) in 2005 in response to requests from fellow mediators for in-depth information about building a successful dispute resolution practice and leveraging the web and what’s now known as social media to help make that happen. The blog lead to a book of the same title, released in early 2008 and now enjoying worldwide readership.
