Mediator Tech is about building, marketing and managing a thriving ADR business. Even though “tech” is in the title, no geeky-ness is assumed…I write about simple tech you can incorporate into your work without a lot of hassle.
My name is Tammy Lenski and I’m a professional mediator and conflict resolution consultant in private practice since 1997. I created Mediator Tech in 2005 as a resource for my mediation grad students and others who wanted to know how I had built a full-time practice within two years of startup.
My book, Making Mediation Your Day Job: How to Market Your ADR Business Using Mediation Principles You Already Know, was published in February 2008.
