Great Tech Tools to Market and Manage ADR

Back in April 2006 I shared some of my favorite Tech Tools for Mediators. And thanks to the pleasure of co-leading a New England ACR workshop last week with Diane Levin, I had an opportunity to update my list and merge it with some of Diane’s favorites.

The result was a handout we offered participants of our workshop, ADR in the 21st Century: Easy Tech Tools to Market and Manage Your Practice, which I wrote about last week.

Diane and I put our heads together and decided we should share our handout with anyone who would like to have it. It’s chock full of our favorite tech tools for ADR marketing, managing business and delivering ADR services to clients. The tools that made it to the list are easy to use, low- or no-cost, and practical.
