freshbooksFreshbooks online invoicing and time-tracking service generously agreed to be part of my book launch virtual party and they’re the third and last contributor profile I’m sharing today.

You may recall me referencing them before. In 2007, I wrote a short review of their services in Client Invoicing Goes Online: FreshBooks. Then, in my annual roundup of great tech tools for mediators, I included FreshBooks in my 10 Must-Have Tech Tools for the Wired Mediator in 2008. Clearly I think these guys have something to offer!

FreshBooks is an online invoicing and time tracking for service-oriented professionals like you. Track time, create and send invoices, and collect and track payments, all from your web browser. FreshBooks streamlines the invoicing process so you save time, get paid faster (they’re not kidding), get organized, and look more professional. I began using FreshBooks in 2007 and liked what I experienced so much that I’ll be phasing out my old invoicing system and going fully with FreshBooks in 2008.

What else should you know about FreshBooks? They recently won PC Magazine’s Editor’s Choice award. They profiles users in their blog to give you a good idea about the range of professionals who opt for their service. And their customer service is as good as they say.

FreshBooks will give one lucky prize winner their Shuttle Bus billing package for an entire year. Valued at $168 US, this package allows you to track time and invoice up to 25 clients, with unlimited invoices and customer support.

Thanks, FreshBooks!
