360-alliance-coachingLisa Gates of 360 Alliance Professional Coaching
is another of the terrific folks contributing their services or product for my book launch virtual party.

360 Alliance Professional Coaching is a leadership collective of uncommon coaches who work with clients one-on-one as “co-pilots to reveal and forward the extraordinary in your life and your work.” Powerful questions, fierce listening, authentic straight-talk, and deep connection are the hallmarks of their work, which I imagine will resonate with more than a few mediators whose work also centers on these hallmarks. Founding partner Lisa Gates is a livelihood coach—the crazy glue on the soles of your sneakers that keeps your book, your project, your big life in focus.

What else should you know about Lisa? Her blog’s tagline is right up the alley of any ADR professional: “We are a collective of uncommon coaches committed to a world of personal responsibility and peace.” She puts that belief visibly to work with her “Pay It Forward Friday,” a blog feature that show’s the charity she and her alliance are donating to this week, as well as a link for reader contributions to that charity, should they be so inclined. Lisa’s blog is a lovely example of how a blogger “lives” what she coaches.

Lisa wants to give the lucky winner of her prize a little kick in the pants for your project, your livelihood, or your life, with four 45-minute Life and Livelihood Coaching sessions valued at $500 US. This will be a tremendous gift to any mediator who could use a “completion catalyst” to help you move forward with your marketing plan or a work-to-livelihood transformer to help you move your ADR work from hobby to livelihood. I know Lisa and she is the real deal.
