Founding partner Lisa Gates is a livelihood coach—the crazy glue on the soles of your sneakers that keeps your book, your project, your big life in focus.

Her blog’s tagline is right up the alley of any ADR professional: “We are a collective of uncommon coaches committed to a world of personal responsibility and peace.” She puts that belief visibly to work with her “Pay It Forward Friday,” a blog feature that show’s the charity she and her alliance are donating to this week, as well as a link for reader contributions to that charity, should they be so inclined. Lisa’s blog is a lovely example of how a blogger “lives” what she coaches.
