The Perfect Virtual Manager

If you’re a solo ADR professional like me, you probably have occasions when you’d love the opportunity to bounce business ideas off someone, get feedback, talk shop, or get support for finishing a project you’ve been putting off. Sometimes another independent ADR colleague can be helpful, and sometimes you want the benefit of eyes and ears outside the ADR circle.
Highly regarded blogger and friend Liz Strauss has a new service for just such moments. I love her idea and as far as I know, she’s the very first person to offer a service like this. Says Liz,
